Nitrogen gas Produces from atmospheric Air using Carbon Molecular Sieves by PSA Technology. Plant is twin tower Carbon / stainless steel vessel filled with Carbon Molecular Sieves. When Air is passes through CMS bed Nitrogen comes out through one tower while other tower is simultaneously regenerated by de-pressurization to Atmosphere. We can get Nitrogen Purily upto 99.9% by this simple PSA. Also we can produce nitrogen upto 99.9999% after adding down stream system called De-oxo/Cu-De-oxo system.
Oxygen gas Produces from atmospheric Air using Zeolite Molecular Sieves by PSA Technology. Plant is twin tower Carbon / Stainless Steel vessel filled with Zeolite Molecular Sieves. When Air is passes through ZMS bed Oxygen comes out through one tower while other tower is simultaneously regenerata by de-pressurization to Atmosphere. We can get Oxygen Purily upto 95%.
